Access the Association's logos for use in graphic design, website, and social media graphics.

Member Identification

Agencies and organizations are encouraged to highlight their California Transit Association membership on their website and in email signatures.

Members of the California Transit Association are encouraged to display the membership identifier in their organization's website footer. Choose the version that is suitable for your organization's footer background, then copy the embed code.

About these image links: The logos below link directly to images hosted on caltransit.org. This works reliably for most sites, but it is recommended to download the file and host it on your organization's server to avoid any issues if the URL ever changes. Use the Download buttons below to save each asset.

How to Add to Your Website Footer

WordPress

Go to Appearance → Widgets
Add a Custom HTML widget to your Footer area
Paste the embed code above
Click Save

Custom / Other CMS

Open your site's HTML template or footer file
Locate the closing </footer> tag
Paste the embed code just before it
Save and deploy your changes

Tip: If you host the logo yourself after downloading it, replace the src URL in the embed code with the path to your own file. This ensures the badge always appears even if the source URL changes.

Include your California Transit Association membership in your professional email signature. Two options are provided, a plain text line for simple signatures, and an HTML snippet with the logo for richer formatting.

Setup Instructions

Gmail

Go to Settings → See all settings → General
Scroll to Signature and select or create one
For Option A: type or paste the text directly
For Option B: click the <> HTML source icon and paste the code
Scroll down and click Save Changes

Outlook (Desktop)

Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures
Select or create a signature
For Option A: type the text directly in the editor
For Option B: save the HTML code as a .htm file, then insert via Insert → Signature → Edit Signatures
Click OK to save

Apple Mail

Go to Mail → Settings → Signatures
Click + to create a new signature
Uncheck Always match my default font
For Option B: drag the HTML file into the signature editor
Assign the signature to your email account
