High-Speed Rail Draft Business Plan

Cost, connectivity are key concerns

The high speed rail project is one of the most-discussed transportation infrastructure undertakings in state history. In this exclusive presentation to members of the California Transit Association, originally conducted December 7, 2011, representatives from the California High Speed Rail Authority detail the group’s recently-released draft business plan and address audience questions. The draft is in the midst of a 60-day public comment period to help shape the final plan, which will be completed and provided to the Legislature in January 2012.
