The Spring Legislative Conference features experts from the legislative and regulatory realms discussing the latest approaches and priorities on the most important issues facing transit agencies today. In addition to analysis of other timely topics, attendees will get an update on the Association’s legislative priorities for the current year. Stay tuned for more information as this year's agenda evolves.

Cancellation Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their conference registration must contact the California Transit Association in writing via email to maria@caltransit.org. In the event of a cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations received by May 1 will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 1.
  • Registered for the conference but can't make it? Ask about how to transfer your registration to another member of your organization.

The conference takes place at the Citizen Hotel, located at 926 J Street in Sacramento (corner of 10th and J) in the Metropolitan Terrace on the 7th Floor. A block of rooms has been reserved for the California Transit Association at a special rate of $189, plus tax. The cut-off date for making a reservation is April 29.

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $32 a day. In addition, there are city-operated parking garages located at 10th and I streets (the City Hall Garage) and 10th and L streets (the Capitol Garage) which charge $1.50 per half hour, up to a daily maximum of $25.

Join us for our Legislative Reception, taking place Tuesday, May 26. All conference registrants will have an opportunity to network and socialize with state legislators and their staff. Delicious appetizers and drinks will be served. Stay tuned for more information on the event develops.
