The Small Operators Awards are presented annually at our Fall Conference.  Awards are presented in two categories: Transit Leadership and Transit Excellence. The Leadership category is not limited to a Small Operator.  Past winners of the Leadership Award include Jim Ditch (Maintenance Manager, Long Beach Transit) and Les White (General Manager, Santa Cruz MTD).
